Privacy

• This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tool.
• The contact form sends your name, email, company (optional) and message to our mailbox, through our email delivery provider: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). The site itself keeps no copy.
• The map on the home page loads only if you click “Show the map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com.
• The host records technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) needed to run and secure the service.
• If you write to us, through the form or by email, we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a collaboration (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). These exchanges are kept for as long as your request requires.
• You can ask to access, correct or erase your data by writing to contact@atlasdigital.be.
• You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
